We support the continuation of the Rondeau cottage community in perpetuity. We support the short term lease extension as described in the ERO Policy Proposal 019-0907. This extension should be extended to all leaseholders. This extended time should be used to reach a permanent solution that will ensure the cottage community of over 100 years remains intact and becomes permanent. We support a long term solution as soon as possible. We personally experienced Rondeau for over 60 years and believe the Cottage & Cottagers are an asset to the Park as well as being a cultural, economic benefit to the CK Community.
