I believe that in order for the herd to become sustainable the province must look at better management of the predator species, black bear, wolf, coyotes. The predators should be better managed than they are now. Removing the wolf and coyotes from the Small Game classification and encouraging hunter and management of these species will make a difference for the caribou.
