A spring bear hunt in an appalling idea. With no way to distinguish between males and females, we are completely unnecessarily orphaning and killing cubs when their mothers are shot. We all know the story behind Winnie the Pooh, don’t we? It baffles the mind that politicians are catering to hunters like this. No, not baffling. Barbaric.
