I hope that a census is conducted every year to determine the population density of the area where the hunting will take place and only if the area is in excess of it’s carrying capacity of black bears will the hunt commence.
I’m not against hunting but I am a conservationist and believe that hunting should be strictly monitored to ensure that it is ethical.
