re the proposed changes to hunting black bears. We need to be making changes to protect not hunt black bears. Shame on you in this day and age that a proposal like this is even being made. Hunting bears aside from being inhumane, cruel and completely unnecesary more often than not leaves cubs stranded. Change your proposal to serve and protect this species not kill it.
