If, in fact it is true that since the mid-2000s there has been ongoing collaborative research conducted on the black bear population on the Bruce Peninsula and the research indicates that there has been a decline in bear numbers and that human-caused mortality should be reduced to support sustainability of this genetically isolated population, then why would you allow ANY hunting?
