This proposal for ending black bear hunting for non-resident property owners is completely unfair. I purchased my property five years ago for recreation and hunting purposes I pay property tax every year there is absolutely no services being provided for the money that I am paying in property tax the only one benefit I did have was to be able to bear hunt on my own property without an outfitter and now you’re taking that away this plan was not very well laid out or thoughtful to property owners.
