I read and re-read the information given and I say no to the proposal because you have already got a declining black bear population on Bruce Peninsula and so you should just leave it well enough alone and let the bears incline for a change. Who needs to shoot bears anyway not too many people eat the meat they just make rugs of their skins or hang their heads on their walls. Trapping is just plain cruel torture and shouldn't be allowed at any time.
