It is ridiculous that you would want to make these changes. There is no way for a hunter to determine if it's a male or female that they are killing, which could lead into orphaned cubs. This government seems to be making these changes without consideration, kill enough mother and babies will die off, which will lead to even less bears. How about instead of promoting hunting focus on eco tourism, which will bring in alot more money to the province.
