This proposal, along with your open season on wolves and coyotes and cormorants shows the depraved depths of this government. There is no one shred of science or morals in this proposal of a spring bear hunt. Only monsters would schedule a hunt during the birth season of bears and only idiots would expect hunters to not shoot mothers. Try and evolve.
