As a citizen of Ontario I am apalled that this spring bear hunt is even being considered! There is no way to guarantee that baby bears will not be left behind as orphans to either starve or fall prey to other predators! This is not only irresponsible but incredibly CRUEL! It seems time and again the government adopts policies that are so dangerous and distructive for our wildlife! I implore you to seriously reconsider implementing this horrific practice of killing bears every spring! Our wildlife does not belong to you, they belong to God and Him alone!
