This is a terrible idea. Not only are spring bears dopey and under nourished putting into question their value for hunting, but this will lead to loss of sows with cubs as they aren't always together.
Further practices of baiting and poor usage of the entire animal makes the spring hunt particularly reprehensible and should not be allowed.
