I am very much against opening this up to be automatically opened every year without a review and I also believe that this should be opened later in the year so that the mothers with their newborns Cubs will still be alive to nurse them and nourish them until they are able to survive on their own. The fact that it is illegal to kill a female is great except for the fact that you cannot identify a female from a male while you're shooting it therefore the likelihood that females will be killed leaving Cubs to survive on their own which is not likely to happen, will happen all the time. This should be reviewed every year and it should not be open until later in the summer for those that need to have a "family" time, which should in fact be in some other form other than killing live animals. We have enough killing in this world and I don't get any satisfaction from shooting a beautiful creature that is on this Earth that has no means of protecting itself from a gun and a hunter that is hiding. You cannot do this and should not do this.
