I am a resident of Willowdale and I am very concerned about the significant projected reductions in Developer payments in North York City Centre for community benefits under the new regulation.
The condo insanity has already hurt our neighbourhood, in terms of overloading public transit, demands on the infrastructure, and resources in our community. PLEASE don't make it worst, by taking away a LOCAL source of income. You know, if funds go into a 'city bucket' our neighbourhood will not be able to complete, for funds, with other 'high priority' neighbourhoods.
Please update the new regulation to ensure North York Centre continues to receive Developer payments for community benefits that are comparable to what exist today.
