I am objecting to the planned waste disposal site on Coronation Drive. This will bring an enormous amount of heavy truck traffic to the area, and I understand the plant will operate night and day. The Trucks will also be a potential hazard, with a waste spill in the case of a traffic accident. The gases that will be emitted could harm seniors and people with breathing difficulties. Surely, a place could be found for this type of plant, that is not near a residential area, With several schools also in the immediate area. I am contacting my MP, and also signing a petition. Most likely property values will go down because of this.
