As a community member and tax payer, I vehemently oppose this proposed operation.
The location of this business is too close to a large swath of residential homes.
Sound travels far in this area and I foresee constant noise of trucks ruining this quiet neighbourhood. This cannot go on 24 hours a day, seven days a week in a neighbourhood like this. There are other industrial areas that are not so close to a residential neighbourhoods. That, along with my concern for the potentially toxic and/or odorous fumes that will permeate this area due to the type of process. Again, this type of business would be better suited for an industrial areas that is not adjacent to a residential area.
