The cities goal should be to beautify any near water communities and encourage people to live here. Residential communities and industrial ones together do not work and the effects of this will be felt for years to come if allowed to proceed. Imagine the opportunity to turn coronation drive into beautiful parkland and residential area to compliment the existing West Hill communities. We already have to deal with the water filtration and treatment plants that adversely affect some peoples health and wellness who experience skin issues. Now you want to add noise and further pollution. This quiet neighborhood will be lost forever if this is allowed. Respectfully.
