Application of the SEV …

Application of the SEV (statement of environmental values) by the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change states the following;

"The Ministry will encourage increased transparency, timely reporting and enhanced ongoing engagement with the public as part of environmental decision making.
"
In these exceptional times when the world is dealing with the pandemic of COVID-19, ECAs such as this one must be halted until the public can come together. The public deserves to hear from the proponent and the government in order to gain an understanding of this proposal. The public needs to be a part of the decision making process. The SEV states this!!
