I am a proud resident of the family community that will be seriously affected by this proposal. This family neighbourhood is surrounded by natural beauty but also factories that are already causing significant negative impact today. I am referring to excessive heavy truck traffic constantly driving down Beechgrove creating excessive noise and pollution. Now there is a proposal to not only increase this traffic volume 24/7 365 days a year but bring more waste into this family community. This will have devastating impact to the area from noise, pollution, home value to even more importantly safely. You have children playing on the street and crossing the road with heavy trucks barreling down the area. Residential and Commercial do not mix especially when it concerns waste and heavy vehicles.

May I also request this project has a REA assessment. There are almost 7000 residence that have signed a petition against this project and I think it’s safe to say the impact will be felt for years to come if its approved.
