1. Will all currently regulated sites require re-registration? Costs?
2. How will forms be filled out and passed from Generator to Carrier (and to Receiver)? Will the use of paper forms still be an option?
3. How will this program work if wastes enter/exit Ontario, where these other locations do not have this modernized process?
4. Easier access and delegation to other users would be good for HWIN system. Currently, limited access.
5. How will any potential FOIPP requests be handled, given the 3rd party nature of RPRA?
6. On page 16, “businesses that need to continue using paper manifest will continue to be required…” Which businesses are those?
7. The reporting of volumes has always been an issue. L vs kg vs drums vs totes vs pallets,etc. How will MECP address this issue?
8. what training will be provided by MECP?
