I am writing in support of the above proposal.
I believe it is well thought out and will improve opportunities for falconers to work with wild birds in a reasonable and measured way.
This should work well both from a conservation standpoint as falconers are well suited to work in ways that protect the bird species while also promoting and conserving the heritage of falconry itself.
As similar practices have proven themselves to have positive outcomes in other jurisdictions in North America and elsewhere throughout the world I look forward to seeing a successful implementation.
