The population of Northern Goshawk is already in decline throughout Ontario without additional harassment by humans attempting live captures for a frivolous purpose.
I would have thought the removal of wild individuals from a threatened population would have been a thing of the past, but I am unfortunately wrong. This is not an acceptable proposition and I hope ERO denies this application.
