For our feedback submission, we have prepared the attached letter and a guidance report “Hydrogen Business Council Recommendations for an Ontario Low-Carbon Hydrogen Strategy”. The report includes, namely:
• our 12 near-term policy recommendations,
• our guidance on eight priority actions for hydrogen technology deployment, and
• background information of the technical, environmental, economic, and social considerations that were taken in forming these recommendations.

We hope that this document can serve as informative feedback to your work for developing an effective Ontario Low-Carbon Hydrogen Strategy and that it may also serve as a resourceful reference about the possibilities of hydrogen technology.
