Our family's opinion on MZO's is that they are a "heavy-handed tool" that has no place in a
democracy.
It appears that the City of Stratford has not complied with Minister Clark's publicly stated requirements.
Otherwise, there would have been public consultation when seeking the MZO for the Stratford
Glass factory.
Are the City of Stratford and the Ontario Government operating with transparency in the glass
factory controversy?
