The use of MZO's by the current provincial government is accelerating. They should only be used in emergencies.
MZO's should never be used without discussions with local municipalities and local residents.
Official city plans, heritage planning and environmental policies must always be respected.
The use of MZO's ignores the opinions of local residents and Residents' Associations.
In all planning decisions, Public Consultations must always be conducted. Local experts and local planners must be consulted.
I ask the provincial government to stop using MZO's and respect City plans and local residents.
