Given the current cost of executing infrastructure projects, $2 Million is an unreasonably burdensome threshold which unnecessarily creates cost for energy companies. Increasing to $10M is reasonable and prudent, and will see reductions in overhead costs associated with filing LTC projects. These reductions will benefit both consumers and companies.
