I am in favour of expanding…

I am in favour of expanding the Greenbelt anywhere it is possible to protect our air, water and land. We do not need anymore highways, we need to preserve as much local farmland as we can for food security for the future, and we need to avoid urban sprawl and build more densely in existing urban areas. In any further development decisions, we need to carefully take into consideration the services the land we are building on provides for free before disrupting it (i.e., water filtration, carbon sink, biodiversity, etc.).
