You should consider expanding the ggreenn belt to include farm land around Waterloo, the Holland marsh and areas around guelph which supply eater to the area. You also consider expansion must include future needs as the population of ontario increases more rapidly. There needs to be shift in thinking so that we think of land as a park's, water resource banks and food sources. The amount of green space needs to include all those functions. As we have seen with the covid a total dependence on others for food etc is not prudent. Green space expansion helps to prevent more climate change. We need thinking 50 years ahead not the next election cycle of four to eight years.
