I think this is a horrible idea and I don’t support the proposed changes. I believe the responsibility of managing this site should not move to the Township of Uxbridge. Who I would agree don’t have the expertise to effectively manage the inspections etc needed to ensure compliance. I have BIG issue with the fact that Miller had been non-compliant with regards to removal orders. That in its self should make it clear that if you give this company an inch they will take a mile. I believe they care most about making money and very little about the environment. I strongly oppose these proposed changes to their agreement.
