Many Lake (Cottage) Associations and the municipal counties fortunate to have water in their jurisdiction rely on the scientific finding of the conservation authorities when setting bylaws, building compliance codes etc.
The Conservation Authorities have engaged in Bad Science by using Sensationalized Headlines, Misinterpreted Results, Conflicts of Interest, Unsupported Conclusions, Problem with sample size, Unrepresentative Samples used, No control group, No blind testing used, Selective report of Data, Unreplicable results and Non-peer reviewed material.
This results in lost revenue and opportunities for key stake holders.
The science being put forward must be stand up to the aforementioned criteria.
