The rules and regulations regarding safe drinking water were put in place for a reason. Remember Walkerton? Certifications are required because there are alot of potential issues that lack of experience can not only make worse but could make catastrophic. Please don't allow this to happen. Too many people have worked too hard to attain the knowledge, know how, and certifications to make sure that our drinking water remains safe and flowing. Thanks
