Many things are being confirmed. A conservative government has no intent to support institutions whose function is conservation and education. A conservative government is controlled by pro-development organizations. A conservative government can not be trusted to protect areas set aside for the health and outdoor enjoyment of residents of Ontario. Leave the Conservation Authorities alone. They at least serve a purpose. Funding, take it out of the Premier and MPP salaries, Since Hillier is our MPP, take his whole salary. At least in the one term this administration will survive, something will be accomplished.
What am I wasting time commenting for? This is truly an outrageous, heavy-handed, dumb as usual move by nature illiterate conservative pions that only know how to destroy the goodness and pride in the nature preserves the Conservation Authorities support for public use.
What will be Ford's legacy beyond bungling the pandemic? "They paved paradise and put up a parking lot."
