absolutely no water taking permits should be granted for the purpose of bottled water. Giving away our natural resources for so little, to the already wealthy, to sell back to us is immoral and incredibly short sited. we should be phasing out all single use bottled water, not allow more.
bottle water companies don't make water, they make plastic waste.
