Cap and trade is a step in the right direction towards mitigating the effects of atmospheric carbon. It makes polluters pay, and the generated revenue WAS being used as financial incentive to bringing cleaner, more sustainable energy alternatives into the mainstream marketplace.
Climate change is our fault. We should be doing all we can to prevent it
