This is, without a doubt, the most ridiculous idea, in light of what this planet is going through right now, and what is still yet to come! We can meet our expanding need for energy entirely from the energy we already receive from the sun every day. MOVE ON FROM THE PAST - old solutions are NOT GOING TO WORK ANYMORE!!!
