Passing the Cap and Trade Cancellation ACT 2018, and repealing the Climate Change Mitigation and low-carbon Economy Act 2016 (ccmlea), is short-sightedly foolish.
Climate change is real, and we had FINALLY started to do something about it. We did not have a carbon tax, but now we will.
Also, in using the notwithstanding clause and indicating it will do so in future, the PC government is saying that Ontario residents do not have charter / constitutional rights under the PC government. Live in shame, PCs.
