The update to the D series…

The update to the D series guidelines in relation to land use compatibility is welcomed. Many aspects of the proposed update are appropriate. However, there are a number of aspects that are problematic. A number of changes are recommended. These are detailed in the attached document which provides much more detail than can be accommodated here.
