I find it unbelievable that the MNRF has thought about doing this. How about trying cooperation and and communication with stake holders instead of always looking for the easy computerized way of doing things. You would almost think the agency really is just trying to slowly do away with hunting and fishing. Is it now run by antis or individuals who have rarely been outside of Toronto??
You have a perfectly acceptable punishment and that is you don't get a license without a report.
If you want access to a email system that works in working with their clients instead of hiding from them gain access to the Arizona system. Imagine they do things like reminding people about reports and updating credit card info etc.to enter draws and MUCH MORE. They average two or three information pieces a week They run shooting ranges and provide fish stocking info and continually try to help applicants get tags etc. etc. Try it you might see what an agency should be doing. My vote is no.
