The Cap and Trade program should be kept in place. If it were to be scrapped then it should be kept in place until any new system is deemed to be equally or more effective in combatting greenhouse gases, by an independent non-partisan panel. This panel must be agreed upon by all MPP's and political parties. Our future is at stake and climate change is not to be ignored for future generations to suffer the consequences.
