Noise pollution of all sorts is a serious problem today. Much more needs to be done to decrease sources of noise and their loudness. Restricting hours of operation of noise-producing entities and decreasing the allowable number of decibels that an be produced by such entities is crucial. Enforcement of by-laws or regulations in this regard must be increased.
