Looking to confirm how the purposes of the environmental bill of rights are being applied when the decisions outlined in your proposal that might significantly affect the environment are being made by your ministry.

Also looking for an explanation on how consideration of the purposes of the environmental bill of rights are proposed to be integrated with other considerations, including social, economic and scientific considerations, that are part of decision-making of your ministry.

Can this information be posted ahead of the main body of your proposal so that residents of Ontario can fully participate in making environmentally significant decisions by the Government of Ontario?
