Can you provide additional clarification regarding the ppm limits at 0% excess air? For example, can you confirm that 0% excess air is handled in the identical manner to 0% excess oxygen using the following equation?
0% O2 correction = Concentration of Pollutant Measured x (20.9 / (20.9% - measured O2%))
This is important with respect to ensuring stack testing data is adjusted correctly for comparison to the limits set out in this regulation. We believe the above equation is the correct approach, however, if there is a modified equation for adjusting for excess air, we respectfully request that it is provided.
