Regarding the Best Management Practices for Aggregate Pit and Quarry Rehabilitation document (page 18), can material that meets Tables 2.1 and 3.1 for properties with potable and non-potable water respectively be brought (and placed above the water table) to ARA licensed properties without amending the permit that currently mentions Table 1? If not, can this amendment be self-filed? Thanks!
