it is wrong to cancel the current cap and trade program.
these kinds of programs are proven to work and reduce emissions.
thus improving all our health and reducing global warming and climate change.
this cancellation exposes all tax payers to extensive liabilities.
and the federal government has indicated it will impose a system upon provinces that do not setup their own.
the prudent thing to do would be to at least wait until the current deal expires and observe how it has worked , before thinking about making any changes .
