1.Can you please confirm that the discussion paper applies to Demonstration or pilot projects on both situations where the Crown owns the subsurface and where a Freeholder owns the subsurface rights.
2. when it comes to applying for a commercial CO2 storage facility, that one has to own a lease on the subsurface to do so with either the Crown if the government of Ontario owns the subsurface, or the Freeholder if a freeholder owns the subsurface rights?
3. ie: who owns the pore space that needs to be leased to build a subsurface CO2 storage facility?
