This excess soil regulation is going to hurt the landscape, construction and agriculture sectors. This just creates more paper work, more time and costs involved therefore inflating our industries even more then they already have since 2021. This will definitely be a big hit for small businesses.
I strongly disagree with this new legislation. For a legislation that’s suppose to help the environment, all it’s going to do is create more inflation and more people driving around to test soils. More people driving around means more carbon dioxide in our cities. It does more bad then good, it just doesn’t make sense.
End the “Excess soil regulation”!
