My comments are regarding TOPSOIL; it has taken millions of years to create our top soils so we can grow and product food for the population ... Top soil must be protected and reused on lands that need top dressing and or increase its fertility ... it must never be though of as sub soil , it must never go into dump site, must be put back on the land.
