Question three asked:
Are you aware of innovative approaches to land use planning and community building from other jurisdictions that would help increase the supply of missing middle and multigenerational housing?
There are many examples of converting publicly and privately owned properties throughout Ontario to create missing middle and multigenerational housing. Here are a few:
* Preston School Seniors Apartments, Cambridge, [https://mmmc.on.ca/project/preston-school-apartments/ ]
* Eva's Phoenix, Toronto [https://www.evas.ca/about-us/history/]
* Chapel Street Lofts, Cobourg [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-u1s2o6RCI] as three of many possible examples.
Consult Architectural Conservancy Ontario info@acontario.ca for many, many, many more examples.
