This pillaging of the greenbelt is an absolute travesty and goes against everything that this government has promised the people of Ontario through both of their election campaigns. The government should be ashamed of itself. The repercussions will be felt by all our descendants. This is absolutely reprehensible, heart wrenching, despicable and morally bankrupt. And that doesn't begin to cover how I actually feel. Stop handing land over to developers that will never create ACTUALLY affordable housing! There is enough land available through rezoning and infill to leave our natural environment and farmland alone!
