Thank you for publishing this, lots of work required to make these regulations relevant to the stakeholders and modern.
A few notes:
1. Please include "compilation" work under assessment credits, this is vital work that proceeds most modelling and reprocessing and deserves lots of time and credit.
2. Receipts in a technical report? This seems like a misuse of the technical expertise that is already so difficult to get. Please make costs and receipts, and financial reporting, less complicated and involved.
3. A sliding scale on rates that reflect how different costs are around the province -- they vary widely!
4. financial accountability is vital but not at the expense of getting work done, and when the reporting and tracking and submission of receipts is taking more and more time this is unacceptable. This is seems unrealistic from the Ministry side considering the backlog of work, turnaround times on documents, etc. Please reconsider these criteria for the good of your own employees, with the goal of giving companies the ability to focus on exploration and discovery, rather than excessive reporting.
